Electricity tariffs in Singapore to dip 0.05 cent per kWh

Expect smaller bills this month.

Electricity tariffs will decrease by an average of 0.05 cent per kWh starting July 1 until September 30, Singapore Power subsidiary SP Services announced today.

Households can expect a $0.20 reduction in their monthly electricity bills, as the electricity tariff for households will decrease from 25.73 to 25.68 cents per kWh in the same period.

SP Services reviews electricity tariffs quarterly based on guidelines set by the Energy Market Authority (EMA).
