REC and Rajasthan partner to boost power and non-power infrastructure projects

It will be for six years with a total value of $35.9b (INR300,000). 

REC Limited has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Rajasthan’s Department of Finance and pledged US$5.9b (INR50,000) annually to finance projects across power and non-power infrastructures.

Under the MoU, it will be for six years with a total value of $35.9b (INR300,000). 

The documents were exchanged by Shri Rahul Dwivedi, executive director of REC and Shri Debasish Prusty, Government of Rajasthan’s Secretary during the 'Rising Rajasthan Investors' meet. 

It was signed in the presence of Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, minister for Industries and Commerce Rajyavardhan Rathore, and Chief Secretary Sri Sudhansh Pant.
