Sunergy to supply 120MW of PV Modules to Ecoware

China Sunergy will supply 120 MW of PV modules to Ecoware S.P.A. from the fourth quarter of 2010 to the third quarter of 2011.

The modules to be supplied are of the CEEG brand.


China Sunergy acquired two modules companies in November, the CEEG Solar Science & Technology Co., Ltd and CEEG New Energy Co., Ltd., have built a steady supplying relationship with Ecoware S.p.A. over the
past three years.

The signing of the agreement will further strengthen our successful cooperation and increase our share in the Italian PV market,"
Mr. Stephen Zhifang Cai, CEO of China Sunergy, commented.

China Sunergy has so far engaged to collectively deliver over 600 MW of PV module contracts for 2011.
