India may get $15M solar project loan
IFC may lend US$15 million to the North Delhi Power Ltd to develop 5.7 megawatts of roof-top solar projects.
According to India Infoline News Service, the money to be lent by the International Finance Corporation will fund a $22 million project to set up 21 grid-connected rooftop solar stations.
The plants would have capacities ranging from 100 kilowatts to 1 megawatt each, says the report.
