Vestas gets 92MW Wind Turbines deal for Asia Pacific project

Vestas will supply, install and commission 51 units of V100-1.8 wind turbines totaling 92MW for an Asia Pacific wind project on a turnkey basis.

The deal entered by the company also includes the VestasOnline business SCADA system and to provide  maintenance services under a 15-year service and maintenance agreement.

Delivery of the wind turbines is expected to take place during the third quarter of 2011 and the project is expected to be complete by the fourth quarter of this year.
